Citizens to Involve in Monitoring Sterilization of Transjakarta Lane

Jakarta, InfoPublik –Jakarta  Transportation Office Head Andri Yansyah urged citizens to participate in monitoring the sterilization process of Transjakarta bus lane.

If citizen witness officers let other vehicle enter the busway lane, they can directly report us.

"Jakarta Transportation Office and PT Tansjakarta must ensure the readiness of officer in charge forthe sterilization process. Please report insubordinate officers and take necessary action,"said Andri, Monday (13/6).

He stated that public can report it online via  Qlue application or  DKI transportation office’s twittter account.  Meanwhile, trespassing vehicles owned by certain institutions will be documented and reported to the respective institution.

According to him, on Monday (13/6) sterilization was conducted for six corridors, namely corridor 1, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 9.

"Today, 360 joint personnels from DKI transportation office, Transjakarta, and Public Order Agency (Satpol PP) are deployed in several corridors where MCB have been installed. We also in coordination with the police and army (TNI),” he asserted. (Translator: Sugiarti)
