Jakarta, InfoPublik – House of Representatives Commission II Vice chairman Fandi Utomo appreciated the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) for issuing five million certificates in the Systematic Complete Land Registration Program (PTSL).
"We expect that the measurabbly successful legalization of assets would bring prosperity," Fandi Utomo said in Jakarta, Wednesday (1/17).
Not only legalization, Fandi asked BPN to coordinate with stakeholders related to land affairs, in order to eliminate land dispute due to lack of coordination between state institutions.
These stakeholders include Ministry of Forestry and Environment, Ministry of Home Affairs, Ministry of Villages, Disadvantaged Regions, and Transmigration and Indigenous People.
"The government should prioritize the interests of the people related to the utilization of the land," he concluded. (Translator: Wilda Stiana)
