Jakarta, InfoPublik- Home Affairs Ministry’s Information Center (Puspen Kemendagri) won an award at the end of 2019. Home Affairs Minister M. Tito Karnavian give his appreciation in his written statement, "Praise be to Allah. My highest appreciation for Puspen Kemendagri on the achievement. Thank you for living up the name of our Ministry," wrote Tito on Thursday (12/12).
Puspen Kemendagri won the award on National Public Service Complaints Management System (SP4N-LAPOR!) competition which was participated by 312 agencies such as ministries, institutions, local governments, state universities, state-owned enterprises, and region-owned enterprises.
Also in 2019, Puspen Kemendagri was nominated as Public Agency 2019 in the informative public agency category on Public Information Openness award. The award was presented directly by Vice President Ma'ruf Amin.
Home Affairs Ministry won the SP4N-LAPOR! Award for the first time. It was recognized as one of the Top 30 Best Service Complaints Management Agencies by the Ministry of State Apparatus and Bureaucratic Reform (KemenPAN-RB) at Le Meridien Hotel.
"This is a form of our commitment so that public services are getting better every day. We want to ensure that every complaint is handled well," Home Affairs Ministry’s Information Center head Bahtiar said.
"I also hope that this award can be a motivation for the ministry to continue providing public services as well as providing the best complaint management service to the public," he added.
SP4N-LAPOR! Competition is held every year and organized by KemenPAN-RB. It aims at building government agencies’ commitment to public service complaints management through SP4N-LAPOR! implementation It is also expected to encourage public services improvement in developing participatory complaint management and be utilized as an effort of sustainable improvement.
