National Police Chief Opens the Itwasum Technical Working Meeting 2017

Jakarta, InfoPublik - National Police Chief Gen. Tito Karnavian opened the Technical Working Meeting (Rakernis) of the National Police’s General Supervision Inspectorate (Itwasum) at Rupatama Building, Police Headquarter, Jakarta, Wednesday (3/8).

The theme of the meeting was Optimizing the Supervision Function in Supporting the National Police Promoting Duties. He explained that the National Police received the reasonable without exceptions (WTP) predicate as the result of financial audit evaluation of Supreme Audit Agency (BPK) for the last four years.

He also expected that this year’s accountability could be increased. He added that performace allowance is related to budget policy. “It means, the allowance for every officer could be different and is in accordance with the superior’s evaluation performance of an officer,” said Tito.

Also present at the opening session were, National Police Deputy Chief Com. Gen. Styafruddin, National Police High Officials, the General Supervision Inspectors, representatives of the National Police Commission (Kompolnas), Ombudsman, and representatives of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform Ministry and Finance Ministry.
