MPR Chairman Hopes for Even Stronger Indonesia-PRC’s Relations

Jakarta, InfoPublik - People's Consultative Assembly (MPR) Chairman Zulkifli Hasan hopes long established Indonesia-People's Republic of China (PRC) relations to be even stronger.

Zulkifli conveyed this during his speech in the 67th Anniversary of the Founding of the People's Republic of China in Jakarta, Thursday (9/22).

"On behalf of the Parliament and Indonesian people, we congratulate the 67th anniversary of the founding of PRC. We wish the close and long established relations between the two countries will be even stronger," said Zulkifli.

Attending the event were the PRC Ambassador to Indonesia Xie Feng, MPR Vice Chairman Oesman Sapta Odang, Finance Minister Sri Mulyani, the ambassadors of surrounding countries and other invited guests.

Zulkifli stated that Indonesia and PRC has been through many things together. The two countries have a long history which strengthens their relations.
