BULOG Adds Ipanganandotcom E-Commerce Warehouses in Three Cities

Jakarta, InfoPublik – Coinciding with the commemoration of the 76th Anniversary of the Republic of Indonesia, BULOG added three warehouses for its e-commerce Distribution Center in Bogor, Tangerang, and Karawang. This effort is to facilitate access to quality and affordable sembako (the nine basic commodities) for the public. The public can access Ipanganandotcom online through its digital platform at shopee iPangananDotCom.

The addition of the warehouses will help fulfill the increasing needs of the community during the pandemic. Supported by the latest technology that is fast, easy, and efficient, iPangananDotCom will send buyer’s orders within a day free of charge.

"Entering its second year in August 2021,  iPanganaDotCom is expanding its service by adding three iPangananDotCom Distribution Center warehouses to answer the challenge of meeting basic needs during the pandemic," said BULOG Business Director Febby Novita in a statement in Jakarta, Monday, 23 August.

The iPanganandotcom platform itself is a collaboration between Perum BULOG and StoreSend Indonesia. This collaboration is carried out to digitalize and modernize the food sector in the country. It is also to help create the largest online food community provider in Indonesia. Currently, iPanganandotcom are available in Jakarta, Medan, Bandung, Semarang, Yogyakarta, Surabaya, and Makassar, which can be accessed through Shopee by the public.

"iPangananDotcom is expected to become the largest online food supermarket in Indonesia and help make it easier for the people in meeting their daily necessities at low costs, especially in a pandemic situation like today," said Febby Novita.

The iPanganandotcom also presents a variety of promos this August called Dua Tahun of Merdeka Ongkir, which offers free shipping cost for every purchase of iPanganandotcom products in Tangerang, Bogor, and Karawang.

"Hopefully, iPangananDotCom will provide more positive benefits for the community in fulfilling quality staple food, which in turn will realize national food security and sovereignty," she added.
