Nusa Dua, InfoPublik – Using digital technology such as online application makes it easier for barbershop business owners to provide their services, now more than ever.
"Online application makes doing my barbershop business easier,” said Cut Barbershop founder Fitriyan Rozi on the sidelines of the World Conference on Creative Economy (WCCE) in Nusa Dua, Bali, Tuesday (6/11).
At first, he was not sure if he took the right decision in using online application for his business since this practice was still uncommon in this service industry.
"I also thought that there was no correlation between hair cutting and online application," he added.
Fitriyan Rozi’s barbershop is no different from other barbershop. However, his using online application for costumer’s convenience makes his business stand out.
He explained how to use his application. After downloading the application in the app store or playstore, customers can choose what services they need. There are detailed costs and schedules.
"Customers will never have to worry about queuing since they can make an order according to the time they want," he concluded.
