AGO apprehends the 119th fugitive in 2019

Jakarta, InfoPublik – Executing Tangkap Buron (Tabur) program, the Attorney General's Office (AGO) apprehended the 119th fugitive in 2019.

In an official statement from the AGO's Legal Information Center on Thursday (05/09/2019), the convict, Kim Johanes Mulia (KJM), was apprehended by a team comprising AGO’s intelligence, Jakarta province prosecutor’s office, and Central Jakarta prosecutor’s office personnel at Arya Duta Hotel, Semanggi, South Jakarta.

KJM was put in the wanted list since October 2018 by the Central Jakarta prosecutor's office. According to Supreme Court’s Decree Number: 727 K/PID/2018 dated 05 Sept 2018, KJM was proven guilty committing a fraud and was sentenced to 2 years in prison. Adang Bunyamin, the victim, suffered a loss of Rp31.5 billion.

After the arrest, KJM was transferred to the Salemba Class II-A Penitentiary Center in Central Jakarta to serve the sentence.
