MCIT-Huawei Start E-Commerce Training

Jakarta, InfoPublik – In order to produce more young technopreneur in the field of content and applications, Indonesian Ministry of Communication and Information Technology (MCIT)-Huawei Innovation Center (PIKH) has started the E-commerce training for 100 participants which will be held in two terms, on January 19—February 2, 2016 and February 15—26, 2016.

"A total of 1,270 people registered as participants for the two-week training. The registrant are owners or managers of online stores that sell goods from social media accounts and blogs. They are selected from their business ideas," said the CEO of Huawei Indonesia Sheng Kai in Jakarta, Tuesday (1/19).
 
According to Mr. Sheng, Huawei also developed an ICT Solution Center called Costumer Solution Innovation and Integration Experience Center (CSIC) where visitors can be involved in a wide range of experience in the field of ICT and observe  firsthand how technology that can be applied in everyday life.
 
The center is expected to provide ideas for trainees as well as all visitors in creating new innovations in the field of ICT. He continued that PIKH is also collaborating with experts in the relevant field to encourage the technopreneur candidates with motivation and testimonies of best experiences and success.
 
"In addition to the theories, regulations regarding intellectual property rights are also taught in the training so that trainees understand the importance of protecting brands and products they created, in addition to business regulations and ethics," he said.
 
He also explained that the Innovation Center provides four educational materials to teach the technopreneur candidates with syllabi that have been adapted to the National Working Competency Standards (SKKNI). There are four syllabi, namely E-Commerce, Mobile Application, Networking, and Virtual Reality.
 
Training duration for each syllabus is two weeks except for the Virtual Reality that will last for three weeks. Through this training, participants are expected to learn many things including e-commerce programming, intellectual property rights related to the product to be marketed, as well as incubation support to develop their platform.
