Jakarta, InfoPublik - People's Consultative Assembly (MPR) continues to nurture the four pillars values—Pancasila, 1945 Constitution, Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia, and Unity in Diversity—in the mind and soul of every Indonesian for the development of the country.
"It is MPR’s program, because by only these values this country has a great expectation to become an advanced country with prosperous people," said a member of MPR, Herman Khairun, in Jakarta, Friday (2/26).
If the people believe that this country is strong, the four pillars must be maintained and continue to be disseminated. Because of that strength, this country still exists and is expected to be more develop and prosper.
Sovereignty and integrity of this nation are threatened by the influx of understandings which disrupt the unity value. MPR will run this program sincerely, given that sovereignty does not only concern about border areas, but also in the hearts of the Indonesian. (Translator: Erik Limantara)
