The government is conducting two approaches—short and long terms—to fulfill the needs of vaccine, she said. For the short term, the government has create cooperation with a number of countries, including with a Chinese company, Sinovac Biotech Ltd.

The Sinovac vaccine is currently in the final clinical trial stage. The result will show the efficacy of the vaccine to create immunity against the virus.
