Jakarta, InfoPublik – Digital-based selling platform companies must help the government in educating small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) actors who have not mastered technology to sell their products in cyberspace.

He explained that a considerable number of SMEs actors in Indonesia have not yet mastered technology to optimize their income, while, the ease of peddling products through digital means is now very contributive in significantly increasing livelihoods.

Therefore, he continued, Ralali.com has been assistive in providing effective solutions in encouraging SMEs actors to master technology. Ralali.com made door-to-door visits to these SMEs actors to train them to use digital-based selling platforms.

"Our agents will pay them a visit then show them how to use an online selling platform," he said.

The visits are conducted periodically until the SMEs actors completely master the technology. They will also elaborate some difficulties that might be encountered when using digital-based selling platform.
